See Through Windows is a tiny little application that allows you to look through an active window by making it transparent using hotkey. See Through Windows is very lightweight, it stays on the  system tray and make any foreground window transparent when you press the hotkey and toggle backs when you press the hotkey again.  You can customize the transparency level and configure the see through windows hotkeys.
