Rulers is a small software that allows you to measure any area of your screen. The X & Y axis Ruler guide lines enables to measure the screen area and find out the objects position with precision. Its magnifier gives the closer pixel view to make the measurement accurate. You can drag multiple ruler axis on to your screen to measure & compare their values. Rulers also has a option to capture the selected screen area as an image. Its Color picker can get the Screen Pixel color as Hex in the clipboard.
